ELECTION & APPOINTMENT

Appointment to the Board will be determined by election from the membership. Please note that the nominee must be a current financial member in an eligible category of Cooperative Business NZ. To express an interest for the Board position you will need to provide: 

• • A completed Board Nomination Form which includes a declaration of eligibility 

All candidates must also supply the following with their nomination for circulation to all members: 

• • A Candidate Statement – including addressing how you can contribute to achieving Cooperative Business NZ’s strategy 
  • A current photo: head and shoulders
