Cooperative Business NZ’s Emerging Leader of the Year award recognises individuals making their mark – those whose talents will enable the co-operative community to continue to thrive here in New Zealand. 2024’s winner is Ashleigh Buchanan, Operations Manager – People Capabilities at Southern Cross Health Society.

Her leadership within her team and as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee has enriched organisational culture, creating a welcoming environment for all.
