This interactive programme includes group exercises as well as case studies and covers topics including:

• Governing in a co-op – a brief refresher
• Working with shareholders
• Ensuring continued success beyond the current board
• Working with the Chief Executive
• The board’s role in strategy and risk
• Good boardroom practice, for reaching good decisions

Includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days, alongside a networking dinner and drinks on the evening of day one. All included in the cost of the programme.

The programme is facilitated by Richard Westlake and Vaughan Renner, two of New Zealand’s most experienced governance presenters. Richard and Vaughan have significant personal experience as directors and chairs of companies including co-operatives.
