Professor Tim Mazzarol – Tim Mazzarol is a Winthrop Professor University of Western Australia. He has been leading major research programmes on co-operatives in Australia and around the world for over 10 years. This has resulted in a number of books, academic articles, research reports and presentations. He was the lead author for the Research Handbook on Sustainable Co-operative Enterprises: Case studies of Organisational Resilience in the Co-operative Business Model, published by Edward Elgar in 2014. He has prepared annual research reports on the Australian Co-Operative Sector for the Australian Business Council for Co-operatives and Mutuals (BCCM). Mr Andrew Baird – Andrew Baird is the Head of Sales for Capricorn New Zealand.
