Sanel Tomlinson – Partner, KPMG New Zealand 

Sanel brings over 25 years of experience in finance, corporate reporting, and sustainability. As a Partner in KPMG’s Advisory practice, she guides clients through ESG integration, sustainable finance, and non‑financial disclosure. Previously, Sanel led strategy at New Zealand’s External Reporting Board (XRB), including the initial setup of the Climate Standards project, and spent several years as a partner at KPMG in Hong Kong advising on IFRS, ESG regulations, and green finance.

Nick Swallow – Director,  KPMG New Zealand 
Nick is a Director within KPMG’s Private Enterprise team, focusing on translating sustainability goals into real-world action. He has more than 14 years of experience in strategy, business development, sustainability, and marketing, and holds a Master of Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. His work includes ESG strategy, materiality assessments, and greenhouse gas reduction, notably in the SME and agriculture sectors.
