What happens if I need to cancel my event or training registration?

I’m a member, why can’t I seem to access member pricing when registering for an event or training?

You can only access membership pricing if you are logged in as a member to the booking portal on the Cooperative Business NZ website. If you haven’t logged in before or set your membership profile, please head HERE.

How to I register one of my colleagues for an event?

If your colleague has a login to the booking/membership portal, you will be able to select them from the drop down menu associated with your company when booking tickets. 

If they do not have a login, either set them up with a membership profile HERE, or simply email us on info@nz.coop and we will assist with setting them up or  with simply booking them in at membership rates for you. 

If possible, please don't free type their name into the system when registering them, as this will create a profile for them which isn't properly linked to your company. 

How will events be impacted by Covid?

Each event will have a different plan in regards to Covid alert level changes. These will be outlined on the event page. In most cases, events will be postponed if there is an alert change and registered attendees notified of this as soon as possible. Where possible, some events may be moved online. All pre-planned online events will run as usual. Some events may need to be cancelled. 

Can I access a recording of the online event I attended after the event?

In most cases, we will provide all registered attendees with a unique link to re-watch the recording of the event. Dependent on the event and content itself, please do not distribute this further than yourself. If you would like wider access to the event, we often also provide the recordings as a downloadable resource for a small fee. 

Please note that this does not necessarily apply to all online events. 

I have specific dietary requirements. Can I still be catered for?

We will request all dietaries to be advised by a particular date in advance of the event (we will let you know this per event). We will work with the relevant caterers to ensure your requirements are looked after. Please note that occasionally not all requirements can be catered for in full, but we will do our best!
