The programme is suited for aspiring, new and existing directors. However, this is an advanced workshop and assumes a certain level of understanding of governance and co-operative governance. If you are completely new to the world of co-operative governance, we suggest touching base with us to attend one of our other introductory workshops instead.
Across the two days, attendees will participate in a series of interactive exercises and case studies to enhance the role governance plays within co-operatives, boardroom best practice, understanding shareholders, strategic planning, risk management and more.ย

Lynda has 25 yearโs governance experience, including chair and deputy chair roles. Combined with 30 years experience working with Boards, CEOโs and senior management aligning strategy, governance, culture and performance. Lynda is joined by Jo Guy from Mayfield Group.
