All Cooperative Business NZ members are invited to attend our 44th AGM, hosted virtually in August 2026.

Join us for an update from the Chair and CEO on the organisation’s business activities, financial performance over the past year, and announcement of newly elected directors, alongside any other business.

The AGM is open to Cooperative Business NZ Members only. All members are welcome: Full Members, Corporate Associate Members, Provisional, Individual, and Honorary Members. Only current Full Members can vote on resolutions. Representatives of Full Members may vote.
