Lifeline Connect Training is professional skill development for your people leaders and customer-facing team members to safely and confidently support customers, colleagues and the community. Your team members will learn how to look after their own mental health and wellbeing when engaged in client-facing work and speaking with clients under stress. Submission on the Companies (Address Information) Amendment Bill
The submission supported the intent of improving director privacy and safety, but argued that access to alternative service addresses should be available as of right. It recommended removing the requirement for directors to demonstrate harm or complete additional procedural steps in order to protect their personal address information.
