Voting rights with Cooperative Business NZ

Cooperative Business NZ is an Incorporated Society and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of between four and six directors elected by our Full Members. Our constitution allows up to two Independent Directors at any time and a maximum of six directors.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place each year in August. Special General Meetings may be called by the board at any time.
