Fuel is a significant operating cost for many cooperatives, particularly those with regional networks, service teams, logistics operations or member-facing field staff. This arrangement enables Full Members to leverage collective procurement power through NARTA to secure a transparent, ongoing per-litre discount without volume thresholds or hidden fees.

Beyond direct savings, the structured reporting tools support better governance and oversight of fleet spend, help identify efficiency opportunities, and simplify internal cost allocation across branches or cost centres. The absence of monthly and transaction fees further enhances the net value of the offer, particularly for smaller fleets.

The card is accepted at 370+ acceptor sites nationwide, including a range of participating brands beyond Mobil. Payment terms are the 20th of the month following, via direct debit. Cards can be configured with PIN security, fuel grade restrictions and transaction limits to suit your organisation’s needs.

In addition to fuel savings, members have access to comprehensive online reporting, including exceptions reporting to identify irregularities or optimise fuel efficiency, CO₂ emissions and odometer reporting to support compliance requirements, monthly spend reporting by card, and active card reporting showing last use, cost centre and financial limit information.

Cards are typically issued within approximately seven days of application, making implementation straightforward.

4. Flexible security to suit your internal rules: PIN numbers can be assigned as desired to cards and fuel grade restrictions or transaction limits may also be applied.

5. Comprehensive online reporting: includes valuable data such as CO2 emissions and odometer details; fuel efficiency and fuel cost optimisation by identifying poorly performing vehicles through the exceptions report and card spend reporting.

6. Extended to member-shareholders: these offers extend beyond the support office and co-op or mutual team. If you’re a Full Member and your own shareholder-members are businesses, they benefit too. For example, ITM support office and every ITM store can take advantage of this offer.
