Cooperative Scholarship Development Fund
When a Full Member appoints an executive or board member through our Corporate Associate Member Brannigans, something bigger happens.
For every permanent executive or governance placement they complete for a Cooperative Business NZ Full Member, Brannigans contributes $1,000 to a Cooperative Scholarship Development Fund.
The contribution is administered by Cooperative Business NZ and reinvested into initiatives that strengthen leadership capability across our cooperative community: whether through governance development, conference access, international expertise, or sector-wide learning opportunities.
This is cooperation in action.
One member’s leadership investment helps build capability for others. Capital generated within the cooperative network circulates back into the cooperative network.
This member benefit is a practical expression of the cooperative principles of Education, Training & Information and Cooperation Among Cooperatives, ensuring that every appointment strengthens not just one organisation, but the wider movement.
